There is an archive of the http://www.pokerai.org forum at http://www.poker-ai.org/archive/www.pokerai.org/pf3/

I'm aware of the following issues:
- A few very recent posts are missing - sorry, not a lot I can do
- Some attachments have the wrong name and extension - you can fix that
- You might have to use "save link as" on the right click menu to download attachments

As the archive is just static html you can't use the search function. Use the site option in Google instead: site:www.poker-ai.org/archive <search term>

Thanks Spears for the big amount of work you did to archive the old forum !

Just one thing: the link to the old forum at http://www.poker-ai.org/ is wrongly pointing to http://www.poker-ai.org/pf3/index.html instead of http://www.poker-ai.org/archive/www.pokerai.org/pf3/

I'm confused. The code I'm seeing on http://www.poker-ai.org/index.html is
Code:
<p>This site replaces www.pokerai.org which ran from 2007 to 2013. Browse the through the tens of thousands
of interesting and informative posts on the old forum now archived <a href="./archive/www.pokerai.org/pf3/">here</a>
</p>

- Are we talking about the same page?
- Do you see the same text?
- Do you see a different link?

I suspect this is some sort of cacheing issue. I vaguely remember seeing something like this problem myself. Have you restarted your browser? I will restart the server.

You are right! It was a cache issue! I don't know if it was from the server or my browser. But the link is now pointing to the right URL.

I'm struggling to search the archive with google. Will google's index get bigger over time? Any other ideas?

Or this http://stackoverflow.com/questions/2661825/how-to-tell-google-a-page-has-moved to replace the meta http-equiv redirect. To me, it looks like it's getting indexed alright. I haven't done many searches so far, so I can't be sure.

Thanks for the links. Looks like we will have to wait a while.

No, but I'm hoping Google will work eventually

For now you can search with google by adding site: pokerai.org into your query, i.e. "stealth site:pokerai.org"
From there you need to press the cache link, instead of going to direct search result

Hi!

I had an user account in the old forum but I can't logging (I think nobody can, isn't it?). How can I read restricted threads?

Thank you.

- Nobody can login because the archive is just static html.
- You can't read restricted threads because they are not there.

Thank you. I've been searching for the reason to close that forum and opening this but I haven't be able to find it. Can you bring me a link, please?

Why they aren't there?

Thanx! Regards
