i need a decision (sourcecode) which can inform my bot about current situation at the table.

i need to know what happened right now at the tables so my bot can decide what to do next (fold call raise etc).

code must working only using optic recognition (something like make screenshot and analizy, no injections) and must be fast so can track 50-100 tables in real time on server which can be buyed for normal money (<$1-2k).
