Hi,

I have written a client/server bot, but I'm looking for better opponents. I've written a client for Opentestbed, and tried it out a couple of times on the Simplebot and Smarterbot. However it's averaging at around +110 Bblind/100, which is a bit infeasible.

Is there anyone here, with a bot that is able to play on OTB, interested in running some tests? Because it's client server I can send you the client source to run on OTB, so you don't have to share your AI with me :).

Kind regards,

Kasper

My bots are OTB compatible. They are NL 6-max, but I think they are only good enough for somthing like 0.02/0.05 (never tried on anything more expensive).

Also I changed OTB to run all possible permutations, for that to be possible I cache all enumeration results (and all instantiations of one bot count as that bot to reduce # of permutations). So for a really good test with all permutations I would have to adapt your bots to that. However, just doing a default OTB run without all permutations should be easy.

Edit: ah sorry, with your client-server architecture it will not be possible to use my enumeration cache (I'm used to run 50k-400k games per second, with your bot it will take much longer...).

Edit2: I have many bots, very aggro ones, very passive ones, all kinds of bots. So a good test would have to run against many of those. It would probably take too long with your bots to be feasible.
