I need a software (including source code) which can read a GGPoker table state via OCR and create a handhistory in PokerStars format in real time.

It can use any mainstream imperative programming language (C, C++, Java, C#, Python...) and can rely on third party tools like OpenHoldem as long as I can compile everything from source and the software runs on Windows.
