So it would be just the same as if it was a bot just that it dont press any bet/fold buttons etc.. it only advices me on what I should do?

I understand you can't scrape the dealer chat so you need to scrape from bitmap right.

Will pokerstars allow you scraping desktop window while playing as long as the bot isn't playing for you but just advicing me on what to do?

As long as a human plays, i think there are no problem in using external software not blacklisted.

But if your program plays a simple strategy you will dedected and banned from Pokerstars.
