I am trying to make sense of the code used to generate the LUT for the RayW 2+2 hand evaluator.

The way I understand it, the first part of the main method, bruteforces every single combination of cards, abstracting suits where necessary, until it exhausts all possibilities.

The next part, specifically the scaling, and the reason for recalculating the id is confusing. Could someone please explain this section to me?
