I need to test some software that I am writing for Stars. I just want to deposit like 10$ and I don't care if the acc is closed 2 days later. Is there any way I can do that without an ID?

scrill + virtual machine + vpn. They(ps) block your acount, but only after you withdrawal request. So you will have time for any tests.
Also you can play playmoney here. so +10$ to you :)

Thank you, it worked.

I tried PaySafe and credit card before and they wanted me to upload an id, it worked with Skrill.

I need the 10$ though because I have to test soemthing on real money, but it's not a big deal.
