It already works and plays quite OK.
There is some month of a work to make it strong.
I have an idea how but I have no much time.
I am looking for Java programmer who is interested in the project.
I am able to provide all the code and database that was generated for some months. Also I will answer all the questions to save your time if I will find we can collaborate.
The AI is self learning.

Also I could join a developer or a team of some another poker AI/bot.

As far the Java application, I may be willing to finish your project for you, since we are in the business of doing that anyways. I'm a pretty decent developer who is multilingual in Java / Python / C++ / and all kinds of web technologies.
