Without buckets, an information set in the CFR contains
privateCard + boardCards + bettingSequence

With buckets, an information set contains
privateBucketNumber + bettingSequence
or if using perfect recall
preflopBucket + flopBucket + turnBucket + riverBucket + bettingSequence

Is that correct ? There is nothing to represent the public cards ?
Or should I bucketize the board cards too separately ?
