the push/fold <13 bb works well.
but the steal does not work so well.

the micro limits I keep it to 4% because, with jj+ aq+ is always call in any situation.
ImpOdds:
multiplier for Raise. If Raise is 600 and ImpOdds 1.5 .. can lose/win 900 in case of a call.
