Post subject:  Poker Primo - Heads Up No Limit Poker Decision Suggetions

Hello All,

Have built an web application which allows a user to get suggested decisions for a heads up no limit poker situation.

The landing page is here: www.pokerprimo.com

The core product is already ready to use as indicated by the demo on the website but it needs some extra work to add user accounts and so on so I'm spreading the message first to gauge interest.

Happy for any feedback either via the email on the website or here on this forum.

Thanks for viewing!

Hi,

I think that if you want to sell it you should get a designer to make your app look better. I would suggest you to implement a feature to copy hand history from pt4 or hm2 and then instantly load the scenario in your app. Likely users would review their hands in pt4 or hm2 and would like to see what would your program do in such spot.

Is your bot rule based or neural network?

"Is using Poker Primo cheating?
Not according to the actual rules of the game, no. Some people would label it cheating to use a computer program to gain an advantage, especially one such as Poker Primo which gives direct decision suggestions. It is understandable that some people are annoyed at these kinds of programs but it does seem that the use of software for gaining advantages is just part of the evolution of the game, as it has been in others such as chess."

Actually it is clearly cheating according to the T&C of any popular online casino. They all forbidden it. If they would catch you to use such software they would close your account.

"however Poker Primo is based on an AI player which has publicly proven to be very strong."
How strong it is? It would be useful to see a winrate, graph over significant sample size, which level it played.
