For a 3 handed situation with payout structure 50,50,0 SNGEGT (C# version) gives me a very loose BTN push range of 94% http://i.imgur.com/cNU8SCI.png.
However when I calculate the same situation with ICMIZER http://www.icmpoker.com/icmizer/#mzhW or holdem resources http://www.holdemresources.net/hr/sngs/ ... 45&s3=1005 I get a much tighter range (22% and 26.7% respectively).
AFAIK the last two tools consider overcalls while SNGEGT does not. Could this be the cause of the discrepancy?

It could for sure. But considering overcall with 0.5% range I doubt the difference could be so big.

So it seems like sngegt is buggy. Is there any bug free version available?

sngegt is not supported for several years. I doubt you can find bug free version of it.
