why don't you precalculate all 169*169*169*13 outcome probabilities and keep them in the memory?

Hey guys,

I'm C# developer and looking for some one who is good with algorithms and would be able to write for me C# algorithm for fast preflop equity evaluation for three handed situations.
All I need is to calculate all possible probabilities for the single hand in the preflop thee way all-in.
