If there are one hand (from 14 cards) - its no problem.
any bitwise evaluatoe can do this.
You must a littel change only wery start of it to calculate 14cards best poker hand.

Multiple decks? As in if the hands were being dealt from a combination of shuffled decks?

Exactly. I want to use it for a double deck poker game to evaluate 5 card poker hands.
