I've finished the boring part of my "No Limit - Heads Up Sit and Go" bot: it is able to get all the inputs (cards, chips, pot, positions, etc) from the poker client and give outputs (fold, check/call, bet, etc). Now I am starting to study the AI that will receive those inputs and make the betting decision.

I am reading some papers, but sometimes seems difficult to identify how each different approach would fit for No Limit - Heads Up SnG and also how those different ideas can be used together.

Would be nice to hear from people what kind of approach they are using.

On my initial thoughts/tests I am using EHS (effective hand strength) to model the opponent. But not sure how to continue from here.
