Does having AHK running put me at risk w/ poker site?

I want to run an AHK that will read the cards and situation, and help me execute a preflop strategy. It will run on the same side as the poker site (not in vm). There won't be any popups or anything displayed, I would just push a key, it would move the mouse and make a sequence of clicks. Site can be any, but looking to play mostly on ggpoker/natural8.
