If their software is built on some public framework, you can hook functions within it. And framework can be found by looking on dlls or window classes.

I can only get the lobby text with winapi functions.

I have also run apimonitor and I have searched for the names, it really seem they are not being drawn using winapi functions. Does MicroGaming use custom functions? Did anyone hook it succesfully?

I assume I will to have to reverse one of the dlls, I need the playernames and the screen coordinates or the seat of the player.
