A couple of things to note when posting and/or reading threads in here:

- We are NOT responsible for anything offered in here and/or any deals that are being made
- We are NOT liable for any losses you may incur because of scams and the like
- You are acting ENTIRELY at your own responsibility when offering and/or accepting offers made in here
- Be aware that running foreign software on your computer bears the risk of destroying and/or compromising private date to third parties. Viruses, worms, trojans, etc.

Furthermore:
- Proposals and offers should come with proof that you can deliver what you are offering
- If members want to vouch for offers made by others, please do so
- If you are trying to scam our users and/or your offer/proposal sounds ridiculous, expect to be heavily pounded upon by users

At last:
- Clearly indicate whether you are offering or looking for something and what it is in the thread's title by using the following tags:
[OFFER] If you are offering a service/product.
[BUY] If you want to buy a service/product.
[COOP] If you are looking to cooperate with someone. OFFER + BUY if you so will.

So if I'm looking for someone to help me with XYZ in exchange for 20 dollars... Should I just put a photo of "me" with the $20 bill in the original post (you know as "proof"). Without a trusted third party we all know how this turns out. So how about a proof exemption if the original poster is willing to shoulder ALL of the risk UP FRONT. Hypothetically the OP could offer to mail cash to any address on the planet in exchange for XYZ and CLEARLY states that delivery of XYZ is only expected AFTER the cash arrives. Fair?

PS: I'd never send cash to strangers but, umm... I have this friend (you guys don't know him)... he says if you ever FedEx cash to a different continent try to use large bills. (FedEx scales are surprisingly sensitive).

I mean that's clearly a corner case. This rule was meant for people selling stuff.
If you offer to send someone money, I don't think they'll require you to prove that you can send the money. That's ridiculous.

Having said that, if there are large sums involved you can probably try to arrange a third party, e.g. a senior member of this board, to act as an intermediary.

Maybe we should also add a warning to all inexperienced users about the risk of using software without knowing what it does. As long as you dont have the source code, you never know what happens behind the scene. Personally, I'd be very cautious using any piece where I don't know what's going on exactly. For instance, even a simple table hopper tool knows your SN and if it gets outside of your machine, there might be interested parties...
