You misunderstood my PM. And no offence, but it looks like you misunderstood whole meaning of private messages.

:haha PM = Public message.

Anyway, creating a bot takes several months of full-time-work. Be sure you have the ressources to start your project.

I think you misunderstood the FAQ. It says that I can in certain situations repost PMs from people in the higher level forums, and in few cases also in the public space.

Look Indiana, I sent you private message where I shared with you some personal informations. If you think it is ok to repost it to the public forum, then I can do nothing about it, you are the admin.

This is funny.

People shouldn't send sensible information to random people.

Indiana probably found your statement pretty amusing.
I believe that by reposting your statement he wanted to make crystal clear to anybody coming here that poker botting is not a free gold mine, which may save time and problems to whoever think the opposite.

Anyway it's much better to not tell your secrets to people you don't even know.

I don't really trust anybody on internet forums.
I don't really trust anybody who regularly plays poker.
Let alone if i trust someone in a internet forum of people who plays poker.

Look, Indiana. As you have access rights to do whatever you like, including to dictate and edit the FAQ, they are not suitable nor needed to justify your actions. You can do what you do 'cos you do so.

The only canon for your actions is the benefit and trust of your members. If you are (ab)using those FAQ to compromise privacy, you could as well just state "I don´t give a damn about you folks". If you do so without any need or any profit, it´s rather "I don´t give a fu*** damn..."

Don´t get me wrong. But as you are always trying to lure new members, this attitude in the Say Hello - thread is, in best case, contraproductive.

Just keep in mind that a member not lost is as good as a member won.

Cheers.

I didn't justified it. I just used the chance, to make it clear [That I may repost PMs from 1-posters].

Exactly.

I disagree. I never wanted to have morons here in these forums.

And I enjoy having fun with some of them from time to time. There are other examples when I reposted PMs, this one (stickied) is e.g. very prominent:

viewtopic.php?f=30&t=285

Generelly I'm fine with newbies and newbie questions, but now with morons.
Of course, I've been several times wrong with my judgement on people, and I have absolutely no problem to correct that and get friendly with someone after initial misjudgement.

Another thing: I don't think I reposted PMs with senior members in lev0/lev1. I might have reposted such while we were getting known in level2 forums, or add it to one user's private notes. This is fairly standard mod practice.
