His signature look like an ads and the content of his message seems to be here just to look legitimate and avoid a direct ban.
I think he is a bot so he is kind of related here :sherlok

In the last 1-2 years spam was never managing to make it to the site, and there were 3 spam messages in the last days only. Kind of makes me think they were manually managed, but let's see. If this continues, I will look into site registration again.

Apparently the spam continued. I just implemented additional question during registration. If they pass this now, then it must be a manual spam :)

OK, spam has been successfully eliminated for now :)

Not only that, but there are no longer fake/spam registrations.

Why don't you require also e-mail verification?

I don't need it any longer, and it is not sufficient, most spam bots are able to handle it.

LOL, fukc, forum bots are become really intelligent.

Since I changed the registration procedure, seems that some bots when failing it, send automatically also emails:

Quote:
Hi

I cant register on your forum
Got error

General/Registration Error
template->_tpl_load_file(): File ./styles/subsilver2/template/.html does not exist or is empty

Please notify the board administrator or webmaster: pokerai.admin@gmail.com

If you got that problem during registration, next time please pay more attention to the fields you are required to fill, and what information should they contain.

Note above the last line of the error that the guy reposted. This could still be a human error, thou, but what about this one:

Quote:
Hi

Looking forward to becoming part of the community but having problems registering for the forums.

I cannot try again to register as I already used my email address when I purchased the product, it's already on the system which seems to be causing an error.

I would like to use this email address with my forum account. Could you please arrange for me to get forum access with a username of choice please?

Many thanks,

Corin

So Corin already "purchased the product". Did any of you sold her something, because I didn't.

Just reply to her that, due to an operator's mistake, she was mishandled when buying the product, and needs to send additional $60 to complete the procedure :D

I wouldn't say they're evil, but if a bot (or a human) can't pass registration then he shouldn't be on the forums :)

You should do a poker quiz (as a captcha) to filter the bots who don't play poker ;)
