If you never posted in this forum then use this thread to say hi (68 69).
Optionally say one sentence about you or your bot, your background, your goals, dreams, etc. :)
You can mention from which country/city are you so you can already find mates whom you can be-friend easily.

This was orginally created as a way to tell members from spambots apart, but as we killed all of the spambots and didn't have one around in the last 2 years, this is now just a hello thread.

Four fixed limit bots; Bogstdplus2b (table profiling), Caterpillar (chair profiling), Chrysalis (a Caterpillar used as a testbed for self-evaluation routines), and Butterfly (very complicated opponent profiling). An 'academic' hobbyist botter who is not out to make a profit from it.

Regards
M.

Have you tried them against any of the PA bots?
About the opponent profiling, what stats do you look for, how do you apply them? Is based on pokertracker (large offline db statistics) or it's for realtime pickups? Maybe it's good idea just to open a new thread on the opponent modeling.

NON obligatory spammer mass deletion avoidance post, because I already posted.

Netherlands / Amsterdam / some break even limit bots plus winning (12 BB / 100 hands) ideas.

Hi

I am a semi pro poker player currently running +EV shorthanded FL bots using DLL's, WH & hopper (though I will likely switch over to OH). As well as looking at the possibility of creating an NL or SNG bot. As well as continuing improvement to existing FL bots including the addition of further dynamic strats, and PRwin calculations based on table stats & player modelling.

I also have a fair amount of experience with OPI & Fbot, though I don't use either presently.

hi folks,
I´m experimenting with OHI and div. button pushers. Longterm I focus on developing own profiles for it. WH or OH will come next. I like to contribute to this nice "crossover" forum and hang around here.
cheers manny

:-) Try not to take it too much to heart. No malice motivated me, just pedantry.

Custom bot with focus on short-handed limit cash games.
More a hobbiest, not expecting to make millons from this. $100,000 or so will do. ;)

Hi, this is a "hello"-post from a bot novice. Haven't got any bot up and running yet but I'm currently working on one homemade made from scratch. Have it all planed out and is currently in an analysing phase. The code of the is half done and the rest is in psuedo. I'm hoping to take FL by storm in the future. :)

Hi everyone,
first of all I would like to commendate the author of OpenHoldem and this forum.
I have one NL bot nearing the end of development phase, written in C# using Winholdem and .dlls. Most of the code is hard-coded, I'm now looking for ways of dynamic decision making based on opponent modelling. Hoping that this is/will be the place that will provide that ;)

Hi guys,
I have developed my bot for the last 3 years. Its been profitable for 1.5 years and it does well on high stakes. Much time is spent on updated poker software, table hopper, captchas and other security issues and I hope to avoid some of that work by cooperating with other botters.

Hello all.

I've been developing bots for some years now, both in the gaming and also the gambling industry.
I'm here to learn and evolve.

That's it

The obligatory "Hello" message. No bot, still making all the decisions myself.
